|
| Nitin Srivastava, co-founder and CEO of Mindworks, brings expertise in technology, processes and content management to the company. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. |
| Over the past few years, Nitin has built a strong global delivery organization at Mindworks, which services media clients across US, Europe and Asia. |
| Before Mindworks, Nitin was chief knowledge officer at investment bank, Avendus Advisors. At Avendus, he acquired skills in evangelizing startups and understanding the dynamics of new businesses. |
| Earlier, he spent nearly 6 years in the media industry as a journalist, writing on business management and macro economy. |
| As CEO of Mindworks, he drives strategy and business development, both in domestic and international markets. |

Vikas Kaul

| Vikas Kaul is co-founder and chief marketing officer at Mindworks. An MBA, with rich experience in media products and content development, he works with clients closely to develop customized service offerings. |
| Over the past few years, Vikas has worked with media clients across US, Europe and Asia across a range of services including content development, editing and design – both print and online. |
| Before Mindworks, Vikas has worked with several publications in India including the Business Standard, Global, and international and trade publications. |
| At Mindworks, he drives marketing, transition and client management. |

Babychen Mathew
|
| Babychen Mathew, Chief Internet Officer of Mindworks, is a veteran in the internet industry in India. He has the enviable track-record of knowing how to build a profitable online media operation. Mathew was the publisher of DWS, the site Mindworks acquired recently. |
| A young journalist in the mid-1990s, he launched India’s first internet weekly print supplement for Business Standard. He then went on to head the website operations of the financial daily, acquiring mission-critical website management expertise. |
| Mathew then headed the software product development team at iMandiAsia. His internet and product development expertise came together at DWS, the specialist news site that he founded and launched in 2005. |
| At Mindworks, Mathew heads the company’s internet operations. |

Adesh Sarwan
|
| Adesh Sarwan is Vice President at Mindworks, and is responsible for technology development and operations management. A computer science alumni from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, he brings strong programming, data analytics and business process management expertise to Mindworks operations. |
| Before joining Mindworks, Adesh was implementation manager in London for Citibank as consultant from Polaris Software Lab. |
| Among other things, Adesh is currently spearheading the development of a Web 3.0 product for Mindworks’ new internet business. |

Shagan Mukherjee
|
| Shagan Mukherjee is head of design services at Mindworks. He has over 23 years of experience in design in the print media and has broad-ranging skills in many aspects of design. |
| Shagan has worked with many leading publications including India Today, the Indian Express and the Business Standard. He has extensive experience with building design teams for newspapers, magazines and books. |
| At Mindworks, Shagan is responsible for the execution of design and layout, and design quality for all editorial projects. |

Roshun Povaiah
|
| Roshun is deputy managing editor at Mindworks and directs several copy desk and content development projects. |
| Working with both print and television, Roshun has more than 10 years of experience with the media. He was deputy news editor at CNBC-TV18, where he was producer of India’s top business show, India Business Hour. He also helped set up two sister channels for the company. At CNN-IBN he was part of the team that set up the business desk and at South Asia World, he looked after overall production. |
| Roshun also worked with advertising and marketing magazine A&M, where he led the editorial team and created special editorial sections. He has also written on automobiles, technology and e-business. |
